Effective coaching to keep you connected to your exertion level & heart rate and to help you maximize calorie burning and strength with every stride. Each class will be finished off with an intense core workout to ensure you will get that body you always wanted.
Benefits of Treadmill Class
There are multiple health benefits to exercising regularly, including an increase in the strength of the heart, weight loss, and decreased insulin resistance. Walking or running on a treadmill is great exercise and puts less stress on the body than walking or running on a flat outdoor surface. Treadmills also offer the option for careful monitoring of the heart rate and blood pressure . This alllows you and your coach to to determine how much to exert yourself and when it’s time to stop.
Consistent aerobic exercise, such as a treadmill workout routine helps improve body blood circulation and lowers blood pressure by strengthening the heart. Aerobic exercise also helps reduce the chance of blood vessel and heart disease by lowering LDL (bad cholesterol) and raising HDL (good cholesterol).
