This movement is synchronized to the breath. Vinyasa, sometimes called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
Vinyasa Yoga includes many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. Vinyasa yoga differs from Hatha yoga in that rather than concentrating on individual poses and stopping to rest between them, Vinyasa creates an unbroken sequence of poses.
In Vinyasa yoga, each pose corresponds to a breath. Breathing is the main focus and each pose hinges on it depending on if you're inhaling or exhaling. Vinyasa yoga is essentially the association of breathing and movement ( flowing sequence of poses).
